Description
Sun Clear Coat is an UV resistant speciality engineered transparent polymer coating designed for multiple waterproofing applications.
Recommended Use
UV resistant – waterproof coat for open to sky (It is limited waterproofing)
Transparent coat keep the beauty (aesthetic) intact of china chips (on roof; other areas stone facades but not swimming pool)
Floor screeds and topping
Provides (Has excellent) crack bridging ability to the painted and un-painted surface
Excellent penetration to tile joint mortars (bonding to china chips)– Water proof coat on china chips and tiles on terrace

Application
Surface for treatments must be thoroughly cleaned of all laitance, loose material, oils greases etc.
Mechanical means such as wire brushing, shot blasting can be used, and finally vacuum cleaned of all loose solids and liquids.
As a transparent waterproof coating for Terraces with China Mosaic :
On a dry substrate Apply the three coats of Clear Coat with Brush, Roller or a spray with time interval of 2-3 hours depending on the climate on the conditions on the clean surface free of any loose material and dirt. If applied by Brush or roller the coat should be applied in perpendicular direction of the previous coat. Allow it to air dry completely for 3 days for complete cross- linking of the coating. (Precaution: While coating is applied prevent from dust during drying time of polymer)
As a Primer for elastomeric Coatings on Glazed Surfaces like Terraces with China Mosaic :
Apply the one coat of Clear Coat with brush, roller, spray on the clean surface free of any loose materials, dirt etc and allow it to dry for 2-3 hours depending on the climatic conditions. Apply the elastomeric coating on this as specified by the supplier.
