Automation (optional):
During Sterilization,a Microprocessor / PLC controls the temperature,moisture,gas injection,gas
exposure and all critical time & pressure based parameters.
All sterilization parameters like phase status,current values & set values are continuously displayed on HMI.
Temperature is maintained uniformly & accurately. Continuous display of temperature and humidity on-line allows the user to be aware of cycle status at all times.
In case of any error, an error code & alarm is generated and cycle stops automatically,Computer screen displays error message and the possible cause & remedy.
Report is saved in data, summary & graph formats for every batch of goods sterilized.
User can re-print reports as and when required,using any normal printer.
Safety Features:
Cartridge is punctured only when proper negative pressure & humidity conditions are achieved in the chamber.
Cycle will abort if Chamber is Leakage.
If boiler steam pressure is not achieved according to set parameters cycle will abort.
If ETO gas volume is not proper injected in the chamber cycle will abort.
